The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment pertinent to expending conservation funds for the purchase and administrative costs associated with the conveyance of a conservation easement deed on a parcel located on Pattee Hill Road, Map 7, Lot 85, to the Society for the Protection of New Hampshire Forests.

The easement also conserves working farmlands, prime soils, and an important viewshed along the General John Stark Scenic Byway.
