The Goffstown Public Library will serve as a primary resource for community information needs. It will provide a comfortable place for citizens to access quality materials and programs, enhance cultural awareness and to explore issues of local, national and global interest.
The Department of Public Works is responsible for the maintenance of all town roads. This includes signs, pavement markings (directional arrows, crosswalks, stop bars and parking spaces), shouldering, pothole repair, culvert and catch basin cleaning, snow plowing and treating, snow removal to accommodate parking, brush cutting, grading, sidewalks, contracted street sweeping and contracted line striping.
The Sewer Department operates as an enterprise, completely supported by fees paid by customers connected to the sewer system. The department is managed by three elected Commissioners who serve three-year terms.
