PUBLIC HEARINGS
ACCEPT AND ESTABLISH TRUST FROM PRIVATE FUNDS (RSA 31:19)
The Goffstown Select Board will conduct a Public Hearing in accordance with NH RSA 31:19 on Monday, March 10, 2025 at 6:15 pm at Goffstown Town Hall, 16 Main Street, Goffstown, NH to accept public input on the request to accept and establish the Rita M. Banfield Westlawn Cemetery Trust Fund. The deposit into the Rita M. Banfield Westlawn Cemetery Trust Fund shall be $5,000. The intent of the Rita M. Banfield Westlawn Cemetery Trust Fund is for cemetery purposes under the direction of the Goffstown Cemetery Trustees. In accordance with RSA 31:37 trust funds accepted are managed by the Trustees of the Trust Funds.
